Ms. Shanzay Kamran is a Legal Associate at Mohmand Pirzada Advocates & Corporate Counsel. She holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London, where she graduated with a strong 2:1 classification and multiple distinctions.

Ms. Kamran is actively engaged in litigation, legal drafting, and client advisory. She regularly assists in case preparation and courtroom proceedings before the Supreme Court, Islamabad High Court, and Subordinate Courts. She is also entrusted with drafting legal opinions, legal memorandums, applications, and comprehensive reports, along with conducting in-depth legal research and strategic case preparation. Ms. Kamran is further involved in the firm’s corporate consultancy practice, where she advises clients on diverse legal matters including corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Kamran’s legal experience includes internships at ABS & Co., where she gained experience in corporate law, trial preparation, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. At the Research Society of International Law (RSIL), she worked on international law, trade and transit regulations, human rights, and anti-money laundering frameworks. During her time at Ufone, Ms. Kamran gained valuable experience in corporate legal affairs, including contract vetting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management.

With a strong academic background and practical legal training, Ms. Kamran plays an integral role in the firm’s litigation and consultancy practice, with a particular focus on corporate governance, financial regulatory matters, and commercial and civil litigation.
