  • Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd.
  • Pakistan State Oil Ltd.
  • Pakistan Oilfields Ltd.
• Acted as Legal Advisor to the Privatization Commission, addressing post-privatization legal issues concerning Kot Addu Power Company Ltd.
• Legal advisor to a major foreign LPG distribution and marketing company on the privatization of LPG assets owned by Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd.
• Represented the Government of Pakistan in legal proceedings challenging the privatization of Pakistan Steel Mills Limited, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), and Pakistan State Oil (PSO).
