Mr. Muhammad Arsal Kamran is an Advocate of District & Sessions Courts and actively assists the firm’s partners and senior associates in complex and high-profile cases before the Supreme Court and Islamabad High Court. He also represents clients before the Subordinate Courts of Islamabad, handling a broad range of civil, commercial, banking, human rights and regulatory disputes.

Mr. Kamran plays a key role in drafting intricate legal documents, including suits, written statements, applications, and memos. He is regularly entrusted with preparing detailed legal opinions and advisory notes for clients, ensuring comprehensive guidance on regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and commercial transactions. His proactive involvement in case strategy, from conducting extensive legal research to courtroom advocacy, demonstrates his meticulous attention to detail and ability to address complex legal challenges effectively.

Mr. Kamran has also contributed significantly to legal scholarship. With multiple publications to his name, he has authored various reports and papers addressing critical issues vis-à-vis Pakistan’s sugar industry, anti-corruption laws, human rights laws, prohibition of dowry, and legal reforms. His research has provided valuable insights for key stakeholders, including the judiciary, Parliament, and the Ministry of Law and Justice.

Mr. Kamran holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate Law from University College London, where he graduated with a high 2:1 classification in 2023. He also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) from the University of London with a high 2:1 and multiple distinctions.
