- Drafted key legislation to implement Pakistan’s obligations to the relevant Agreements of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), 1994 VI specifically concerning Anti-Dumping Duties, Countervailing Duties, and Safeguard Measures, including:

- Draft ordinance for the restructuring of the National Tariff Commission, Government of Pakistan.
