Mr. Ibrahim Khan Mahsud, an LL.B (Hons.) graduate from the University of London, is a skilled legal practitioner specializing in civil, corporate, and criminal law, with a primary focus on civil litigation. As an advocate of the District and Session Courts, he brings strategic acumen and a commitment to justice in representing individuals, corporations, and government institutions. His practice includes litigation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate consultancy, covering diverse matters such as contractual disputes, corporate governance, financial regulations, constitutional law, and white-collar crime defense.

Mr. Mahsud is an integral part of Mohmand Pirzada, where he engages in high-stakes litigation and advisory work. Previously, he worked as a Junior Associate at Marwat Law Attorneys, handling civil, and criminal litigation, and constitutional petitions. His time at ABS & Co. and RIAA Barker Gillette allowed him to develop expertise in corporate law, banking regulations, commercial litigation, and foreign investment incentives through extensive legal research and case analysis.

Beyond litigation, Ibrahim has contributed to legal research and academic writing on corporate law, constitutional issues, environmental regulations, and broader legal frameworks. He has further strengthened his expertise with a Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) from the University of London and a Program Diploma in International Law from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin.
