Mr. Hamza Azmat Khan is an Advocate with three years of experience, specializing in litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. He has supported his senior partners in complex, high-profile cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan and various High Courts.

Mr. Khan has played a pivotal role in several landmark constitutional and electoral law cases. In PTI vs. Election Commission of Pakistan, he assisted in preparing constitutional petitions, responses, and oral submissions before the Peshawar High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He also contributed significantly to Sunni Ittehad Council vs. Election Commission of Pakistan, conducting extensive legal research on election laws, precedents, and constitutional provisions. His involvement in Sardar Confucious vs. Sardar Mir Buksh (Article 62(1)(f)), was instrumental in overturning the lifetime disqualification of Mr. Jahangir Khan Tareen, a major precedent in constitutional jurisprudence.

In his corporate practice, Mr. Khan provides comprehensive legal advisory services on domestic and international corporate transactions. He advises clients on company incorporation, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, ensuring regulatory compliance under SECP regulations and competition laws. His responsibilities include drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling share transfers, rights issues, and capital structuring. He also provides legal opinions on cross-border corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and related matters.
