Mr. Hamza Azmat Khan is an Advocate of the District & Sessions Courts with substantial experience in constitutional litigation, electoral law, and corporate advisory. He has assisted in prominent matters before the Supreme Court and High Courts of Pakistan, particularly in cases involving constitutional disqualification, electoral review, and judicial interpretation. Mr. Khan plays an active role in the Firm’s District Court litigation, handling a wide spectrum of civil and commercial cases. He also advises clients on regulatory frameworks governing corporate governance, SECP compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. He earned his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London and is recognised for his analytical rigour and command over statutory interpretation.
