- Represented the Pakistan Sugar Mills Association and 21 sugar mills before the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) with regards to a Show Cause Notice issued under Section 30 of the Competition Act, 2010, by the CCP.
- Provided legal advice on the Competition Act, 2010, including its impact on mergers, acquisitions, share purchase transactions, and joint ventures.
- Appeared before the Competition Commission in investigations initiated by it, as well as in litigation before the Lahore High Court, Islamabad High Court, and the Supreme Court of Pakistan, challenging the vires of the Competition Ordinances/Act on behalf of the sugar and poultry industries.
- Advised leading corporations in the beverage, construction, and telecommunications sectors on compliance with the Competition Act, 2010, including regulatory requirements and representation before the CCP.
