Barrister Khizer Hayat Khan is an Associate at Mohmand Pirzada Advocates & Corporate Counsel, where he advises on a wide spectrum of civil and corporate matters, with a particular emphasis on litigation, legal drafting, and regulatory compliance. His work reflects a rigorous approach to legal research, advocacy, and client service.

Mr. Khan completed his Bar in 2024 and holds an LLM from the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol. He previously earned his LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London through the School of International Law, where he distinguished himself academically and professionally. During his time there, he served as Joint Secretary of the Law Society and Secretary of the Centre for Social Responsibility (CSR), organising multiple pro bono and charity initiatives. He has also been recognised as ‘Best Delegate’ at various Model United Nations (MUN) and moot court competitions.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Khan interned with ANZ Law Firm in Islamabad and worked with a UNDP-affiliated NGO, contributing to legal research and development projects. His commitment to humanitarian causes is further reflected in his role as General Secretary at Rotary International (RC Ameer-ul-Mulk), where he led health awareness campaigns and climate initiatives, including the “Save Planet Earth” project.

Mr. Khan is fluent in English, Urdu, and Pashto. He is known for his diligence, strategic insight, and strong interpersonal skills, which enable him to build lasting client relationships and deliver results in complex legal matters.
