Ms. Shanzay Kamran is an Advocate of the District & Sessions Courts and an integral part of the Firm’s litigation and corporate advisory teams. She regularly assists in the preparation of cases before the Supreme Court,  High Courts and Subordinate Courts of Pakistan. Ms. Kamran also advises clients on matters of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Her work includes legal drafting, legal opinions, applications, and detailed legal research. She holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London with a strong 2:1 and multiple distinctions.
