Mr. Muhammad Arsal Kamran is an Advocate of the District & Sessions Courts and regularly assists in high-stakes matters before the High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan. His practice covers civil, commercial, banking, human rights, and regulatory disputes. Mr. Kamran is actively involved in preparing legal drafts including suits, opinions, contracts and memoranda. As a legal scholar, he has also authored several policy papers and legal publications addressing critical issues such as anti-corruption, human rights, legislative reform, and regulatory frameworks—many of which have informed institutional discussions and judicial consideration. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from University College London (UCL), where he graduated with a high 2:1, and an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London with multiple distinctions.
